UK Returns

I want you to look and feel good, so if a product doesn't fit or you're not happy with it for any reason, you can return and receive a full refund up to 14days after the receipt of these items. 

Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, with labels attached and packaging intact. This does not affect your statutory rights. To ensure the safety of your returned goods please obtain proof of postage.  Please note, return postage is not covered by Q Dressage.

Please return items with the returns form enclosed stating reason for return. Once I have received your returned goods monies will be transferred into your account. Banking transfer windows may vary.
